Hi James, You don't know me but I'm researching the Buckroyd family history. Wonder if you know that Buckroyd is a unique surname appearing in Leeds in the 16-1700s, no-one seems to know where from. All Buckroyd descendents, of which I'm one, come from this family. If you're interested, or if any of your family are interested, I'd love to hear from you to see where your family fits into the Buckroyd Family Tree which I'm trying to build up.
